LGBTQ - Male Only Process
Exploration of the trauma, shame, alienation, isolation, and neglect that occurs to gays as children, and exploring emotional disorders, pathology, and some personality disorders resulting from a lifetime of closeted dissociation, while trying to adapt to the sexual and romantic orientation that others expect.
Bi-sexual Process Group
Work with bi-sexual clients and addressing the emotions of anger, depression, and grief and the bi-sexual challenges of isolation, finding community, dealing with bi-erasure and social issues with coming out. Clarifying bi-sexual clients reality to better understand what "bi-sexual" means to them.
Trans Clients Process Group
Work with trans clients in all stages of coming out with the purpose of meeting and balancing the needs of trans clients within the existing public gender expression.
Male Sexual Abuse Group
The therapeutic focus on clients who were sexually traumatized as boys, as well as the aftermath of men who were raped as adults, and the possible concomitant treatment for addiction and/or sexual compulsiveness.
Male Sexual Addiction Group
Working with clients struggling with sex addiction and understanding the challenges and ramifications. Treatment for chronic emotional disorders with the understanding that long-term change and healing are possible.
Families Embracing LGBTQ Group
Group will assist families with gay and trans children to build bridges with their child across such a turbulent and difficult topic. Families have their own coming out process and will address the sudden realization that may of their hopes and dreams for their gay family member are lost.
